My sim aged up to young adult with acne and still has the acne, this would be fine as game play as adult do have acne too, except she can't wash her face or cover it up any more at the sink, face packs from spa day do nothing, no acne CAS option is on, removing acne from game play in settings saving then restarting the game and she still has acne.
